Workform

Workform endows the Parshendi (i.e., listeners) with significant physical strength, although without the armor of warform. While in workform, these listeners find it difficult to commit violence and do not like confrontation.^{[citation needed]}

Appearance

More limber and rugged than when in warform, listeners in this form are solidly built. However, those in workform have thinner fingers.^{[citation needed]}

Personality

Workform has no effect on a Parshendi's ability to think. However, each has more difficulty committing violence and addressing confrontation.

Transformation Process

The processes for this form have not been revealed, though it does require bonding to a gravitationspren.
