Hoid feels very similar to Enoch Root from Neal Stephenson's universe. Anyone else familiar? An ageless mysterious stranger who is wise but not necessarily powerful, often helpful but occasionally problematic. Definitely a chaotic/neutral. At times I've half expected him to break the fourth wall like Deadpool.
What's on your mind?

Maybe I missed something when reading Oathbringer, but what is the importance of the cryptic spren that Hoid possibly bonds with in the epilogue? Why were the Fused ordering the castle's walls to be broken down?
Does anybody know if there’s a stormlight archive adaptation in the the works yet?
I'm facinated by the Sleepless. We have met 2, 1 in an interlude and 1 in a side story, but I think we have small hints at them in other places.
When Dalinar sees Aharietiam for the first time, he notes strangly placed piles of cremling corpses. And Wit (Hoid) has a conversation with a cremling which *almost* seems to be responding to him while he waits for Jasnah. There is a cremling at the storm shelter in Kholinar that Kaladin notices at their booth. I wonder if I'm reading too deep, but I began to take note of all the cremling mentions after reading Edgedancer.
I may be wrong. But, Lirin and Tien are described as though, they carry no blood ties to Kalidin shouldnt they atleast look somewhat similar?
I've finished Oathbringer and have searched the wiki to see if I could get a few things cleared up about the book. I realized that there is almost no information about the events in Oathbringer. Is it okay to add the crucial, pivotal, important moments?
Is there a reason that the continent of Roshar itself looks like a massive storm? Has Brandon commented on this idea? Also, do we know if it reflects the entire world? Or is it merely one hemisphere or portion of one? Meaning if you sail West/East will you eventually end up on the other end of Roshar?
Venley's mate becomes a strong, powerful Fused who seems like he could reflect Jezrien.
And the flying Fused that Moash speaks to values passion (or Confidence), like the attribute Nale represents.
Plus, they are the higher form of Voidbringers, like the Heralds are higher versions of the Radiants. And the surges the two above use match those of the Heralds.
(Bear (?) in mind that I'm only half way through Oathbringer)
What was the first Cosmere book you read?
What was the first non-Cosmere book you read?
Who is your favourite Brandon Sanderson character?
And which is your favourite of his books?
I'm probably just being stupid, but I can't remember/find on this Wiki what each surge actually does. So a reminder and/or explanation would be awesome.
Does anyone know of an "Air-Sick Lowlander" T-shirt anywhere?
How about Embroidery files for all the symbols - specifically the KR symbol?
I have been taking a bit to just think about the possible pairings between surgebindings that the orders used, as Brandon confirmed that they could mix their two to give themselves powers unique to other orders, and something bothered me. The power of division is thought to be able to generate fire, as Kalak said that the Dustbringers were responsible for scorch marks. However, he singles out Dustbringers for this, and not Skybreakers, which leads me to believe that the fire comes from the combination of division and abrasion. So my question is, has anyone thought that the Dustbringers may use nuclear fire? In our world be need unstable elements but any could burn and explode if broken. If abrasion doesnt just reduce friciton but also increase it than I could imagine a knight snapping their fingers with incridible friction to kickstart a division-enhanced nuclear burn that could be controlled by the user for either controlled burning bolts or wild exlposions. Not to mention that they "bring dust" by leaving not even stones on their battle feilds, and most seem to view their powers with fear and distrust. I was just wondering if there is some piece refuting this, as im not the most well read of fans out there.
Tarah is a name mentioned a few time around Kaladin, He refers that he failed her in a different way. So I’m wondering what possible relationship he may have had with her, close friend, past lover?
